PSIGate Not Working

First of all, i have to say I like this product a lot and I want to order it.

Last thing stopping me from ordering it about the PSI Gate payment gateway I have.

 

I tried to do some test trasactions and they ALL failed.

 

All of the gateway log looks like this

As you can see all the values but the name are empty.

 

If this can be solved u'll have one more customer on board.

Looks like no data is coming back at all. Check your firewall isn't blocking port 7934

I don't have a firewall setup on my cpanel / redhat box i believe. Any way to check?

I spend this morning configure rest of the software and it all works out great.

 

Please help.
