DataHostDirect
When I try to register a domain a customer purchased, I get this error: Registrar Error Website doesn't exist for hisdomain.com and when I click Register it loads forever and never does anything. But the settings for DirectI are correct and I increased the memory load allowed in php.ini

TurboHostUSA
Here are some things to check Have you added money to your account to purchase the domain? Have you also updated your prices within WHMSC and The directi site? Did you add yourself to your directi account site? Did you update your nameservers in WHMCS and Directi. Sometimes it the stupidest little thing that will throw setting up a domain off. Im new here so Im not an expert on this system yet. i just was trying to help out. Please dont hold this against me.
