WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 11, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 11, 2006 Hi, We use a different support ticket system on this site because we don't use WHMCS to take orders, so none of our clients are entered into a WHMCS system, meaning they don't have a WHMCS login to reqest support. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 12, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 12, 2006 Just FYI, WHMCS V2.5's support system has some great improvements which include but are not limited to: Much improved support ticket piping (people can open tickets by email aswell as reply) Support Ticket Departments Ability for non-clients to open support tickets by email and view them Ticket Flagging to other admins Banned email addresses for piping New knowledgebase system with unlimited sub-categories and new layout An Announcements RSS Feed And more...!
