htindill Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 I am using the portal template, i have made some customizations but have not removed anything other than the 'related services' space. For some reason, my knowledge base suggestion does not work. I have 3 categories with close to 10 articles (most of which were just keywords for testing, so i included it in my ticket message, etc.) Anyone else have similar problems? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
