mtecuk
Hi I have installed the latest versions of the WHMCS on the following server: Windows 2003 Standard Server, Latest Patches Plesk 8.1 for windows MySQL 5.0.27 PHP 5.2.0 I create the database manually and install. The install creates all the tables and populates the configuration table. The install then ask me for admin details that will be created so I can login as an admin into WHMCS. I enter these and click on ok, the install confirms that it is complete and I should now log into admin to configure the system. I am unable to login as the system did not write the admin user details to the admin table. Just to check I added an admin user manualy to the database and I am able to update the details like password etc. I cannot add another user nor clients nor servers. I can add a tax rate, I can add a support department. By this I know the database user can read/write to the database so what am I missing? Any help would be useful as I am about to give up and try something else! Thanks in advance.

ServWise.com
If your migrating to a new server also make sure this is removed from my.ini as it will stop WHMCS from writing a lot of new records i.e. orders etc. (Stumped me for a few hours).
