payment reminder by group

Hey,

the same way we can set discount, domain prices and even Exempt from Suspend & Terminate, we should also have a different "invoice reminder scheme" (to allow earlier creation, or even not to remind at all)

 

 

 

oh, and maybe also, limit discount to:

• hosting services (this could also be split to shared, dedicated).
  
• domains we already have a way to set a price, but it might be a good option here as well.
  
• other - non domain/hosting products.
  

i.e I want a group to get discounts on hosting, but not on domains neither SSLs/design and other services I have listed.

also, it'd be nice to have a default payment method per group, which might be different from the general default payment method.
