slchost
Hello, I recently upgraded to version 5.0.3 after the base64 exploit. I am now experiencing a support ticket problem although I can't say what's causing it. The timing may be a coincidence. A user logs in and submits a ticket. They receive an acknowledgement with a ticket number and the support team receives the message, however, when the link to the ticket is clicked, the response is that the ticket ID can't be found. In troubleshooting this, here are some observations: 1. The link in the support message seems to be missing the ticket #: https://host.com./whmcw/admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=0 2. When the customer clicks the ticket # that is generated after submitting the ticket, the return message is "An error occurred. The requested ticket could not be found." 3. I found that there was no entry into the table tbltickets. 4. The Ticket Import Log shows a ticket # but the status shows "Blocked Potential Email Loop" If someone could at least point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it! Thanks!
daferub
Hello, I have the same problem. My customers claim that when receive the replies from whmcs and they click in the link to go to the reply, they get a message that: "An error occurred. The requested ticket could not be found" and need to find manually the ticket. Any solution to this issue? Thanks!
