I am charging all of my customers twice, please help :)

I use Authorize.net and have the recurring payment module there but it looks like whmcs is also charging a payment on a recurring basis, how do i turn it off? I have looked in the documentation and can't find a section called recurring billing or a bullet point anywhere "how to turn recurring billing off in WHMCS"

this has to be pretty simple? I hope..
