ovidiuleo Posted March 22, 2012 Share Posted March 22, 2012 Hello, I need my tickets that were opened via e-mail(piping method) to be closed (or at least status to be changed to someother status such as on hold, answered) when a reply to that mail is received, no matter from whom.
