chris29
WHMCS is sending System Emails to me from a blank email address despite it being set to send them from support@[mydomain].com. This is causing any emails it sends to me being marked as spam and I can't add the address to my Address Book to prevent it because there simply is no address. These are my relevant settings:- The default sender address used for emails sent by WHMCS: support@[mydomain].com System Emails From Email: support@[mydomain].com Mail type: PHPMail() Help! It's very frustrating that I am not receiving emails when support tickets are being submitted meaning I can't reply swiftly to them. Thanks, –Chris
tripler
The system emails are not generaly support related. I would change it to noreply@ .. These are going to be maintenance emails to admins and other things that wont need to be replied too. Do you also have System Emails From Name populated? I dont know of a reason this would happen if you have everything populated correctly =\
chris29
I just included the 'System Email Address' incase that had anything to do with it. Yes, everything is populated: System Emails From, System Emails From Email and the General Email Address.
laszlof
Did you modify the email templates and forget to put a "From" address in them? You might want to check there.
chris29
Nope, that's not it either. The templates all have 'From' email addresses on them.
