fredriik Posted March 14, 2012 Share Posted March 14, 2012 Hi, after you upgraded the WHMCS solution, email piping is no longer working. 1. I try to send email to the support department from several email address - no automatically ticket response is received, nor is any error message telling me that there are something wrong with the email i've sent to. The mail i've sent just disappears. 2. I have checked the email log in whmcs as well. Nothing there! Please advise.
