paravion
Hi all, We've recently added the eWay credit card processing module to our system, which is working really well. However, we're having problems with it not automatically recurring payments on any type of recurring product (ie. a monthly hosting account), meaning several customers have gone into the multiple overdue state, even though their credit card details correctly accepted during signup and the first invoice is successfully paid. Here are my settings: From our daily log: http://cl.ly/2Z0M1w330A3g0l37001X (To show that the Cron is correctly running) And our automation settings: http://cl.ly/0n29473z0g3m3r2L3M1W Are there any other settings that may be missing? Is there a checkbox somewhere that indicates that a user should be automatically charged if they have a credit card on file? Thanks, p.

paravion
No, unfortunately it seems like it doesn't - According to this thread anyway: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=38330&page=2

Well, we've signed up for a year with eWay, so our options are limited to them right now... We're in Australia though. When I was speaking with eWay support, they actually said the WHMCS plugin didn't store details on our servers, but rather on theirs, however I now understand that's not the case...
