TCadmin integration help

I'm not sure if this is the right section? But heres my issue, i am trying to setup a product in whmcs with the tcadmin_2 plugin.

 

 

Okay so i have enabled the api and added my server to whmcs.

I go to add a product and put in the details and then setup the custom fields.

 

Its here where i can't seem to work out if i'm doing it right or not? Can anyone screen dump an example? I'm trying to get l4d2 working atm as a test.

Also, what is the game id and where would i find it? I look in the game configs and inside l4d2's config i find the ID's:

 

86

 

game_id>73

 

This is on alinux box.

 

When ordering it goes through but it won't provision and i get this error:

 

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 4 - Error: No results were returned. Check your TCAdmin logs. URL used: http://.net/billingapi.aspx

 

I've tried searching all over the place and can't find any helpful docs.
