Modified Product/Service went crazy in chrome!

When I went to view a client product in chrome the browser went crazy constantly updating that particular Product/Service over and over in a loop and I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

I'm now in firefox and it is not happening but when viewing System Activity Log I see this:

03/07/2012 17:14 Modified Product/Service - User ID: 4 - Service ID: 71

03/07/2012 17:09 Modified Product/Service - User ID: 4 - Service ID: 71

03/07/2012 17:09 Modified Product/Service - User ID: 4 - Service ID: 71

the above happened over and over again and again seven times but just changed the Username for that particular hosting product which I have changed back and did not affect the actual login for cPanel

Has this happened to anyone else and how can I see if I was hacked?

Thanks for any help yo can give!!

Chad

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with lastpass and chrome? it was just changing the control panel username with my admin login to WHMCS username

I'm going to test again in chrome with lastpass disabled and will let you know soon.

While I'm here Can I delete all files in templates_c?

Also, am I in the right place in the form for these questions?

Thanks,

Chad!;-)
