Are you speaking of the Australian merchant provider?

By DD do you mean CC as in credit card?.. I dont understand what DD is.

What do you mean "the voice"?

Is this a module that takes the customer to a third party merchant? If so credit cards arent stored locally, thus there is nothing to capture.

yes.it's the australian merchant provider.

DD means Direct Debit.

The module takes the customer to a merchant gateway.

it works well when i add a credit card.

But deirect debit module dont need any infomation about the credit card.

if i don't add a credit card ,there is an error when i capture.

so ,how can stop it requesting CC details.
