Hi..

 

In my support department I have begun to receive tickets with some characters substituted. Below I have pasted in a portion of a support ticket and I have bolded the probem area eg:

 

FOR THE WEBSITE - MARCH

 

 

 

LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

 

 

 

Earn Points on Services +ACY Product Purchases

 

. Redeem points - +ACQ-5 for every +ACQ-50

 

Up to a maximum of +ACQ-10 per day

Both services and products+ACE

 

. BOOK NOW so you won't miss out on the +ACQ-SAVINGS+ACE
