cpuwhiz22
I was wondering if anyone has any tips on preventing emails generated by WHMCS from going to users spam folders? I have reverse DNS setup on the server hosting WHMCS, and I also have an SPF record setup. Doing testing at mxtoolbox.com, everything seems to look good. Here is an example of the rDNS and SPF records: http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=smtp%3asytechsolutions.net You can run the other tests there as well (e.g. blacklist, etc.) but from what I have seen everything tests OK. Here is the SPF record: sytechsolutions.net. 300 IN TXT "v=spf1 a:dad.sytechsolutions.net a:sytechsolutions.net ip4:173.225.186.99 ip4:173.225.186.100" I dont know much about SPF records, so maybe I need to add a:pat.sytechsolutions.net since this is the host that MX toolbox sees for the test? The server has multiple IPs on it, with the primary interface being 173.225.186.99. It is only used for server management, and since it is the eth0 interface it is where outbound mail should be coming from. The WHMCS installation is on 173.225.186.100, which is an alias for eth0. Any input is greatly appreciated!
