cancel payed order & refund

Hi all.

 

I have a client that has created order and paid for it.

After 20days client has created a cancellation request.

At 0:00 cancelled service was removed, but the remaining money amount wasn't refunded to credit.

 

Is I missing something?

 

 

Please help.
