alexrel
Hello! I've got a server with CentOS 6 + Apache + Nginx + Cpanel(WHM) + WHMCS on it. Everything works fine, but I've got a problem with creating account function sending from WHMCS to Cpanel(WHM). When I push "Create" module command button, my browser shows me "Connection Error" message. By the way, account is creating in WHM after this error. Other module commands works fine (terminate, suspend etc.). I was trying to increase script runtime... no effect. I was trying to uninstall Nginx, and problem has gone. Problem is in Nginx + WHMCS. Help plz
cpuwhiz22
Have you checked your apache and NGINX error logs? If so what do they say?
alexrel
Nothing...No errors. In WHM support says: This is not a known issue with WHMCS and Nginx. However if WHMCS is installed on the same server as the hosting accounts, perhaps Nginx is causing some service on the server to be restarted upon account creation which causes the connection error?
