laszlof
The referrer suggests that its part of the WHMCS CMS module. Perhaps you should contact the developer of that module about it?
techgamer1984
it is a clean install with only whmcs CMS module
laszlof
it is a clean installwith only whmcs CMS module The missing files are being referenced (probably) from the WHMCS CMS module. That would be the correct contact point to track it down.

tripler
where can I find all these plugins What plugins? I would do a clean install of WHMCS and then follow the documentation of the module your trying to install. Make sure to check if there are any version issues.
