Modifying a field description in the domains registration page.

Hi, any help with this would be much appreciated.

 

My customers seem to be having problems with filling out the Domains Configuration page in the Shopping cart. Fields like 'Registrant ID' seems to have them baffled. Can I add some additional text to the bottom of this field saying 'Business ABN number'? If this is possible could you please advice how I would do this.
