Directadmin problems

Hi, I had to reinstall WHMCS, and I am running into a small problem.

 

Once the paiement has been received, it does not create automatically in directadmin the account... and when I want to create it manually, I receive this message:

 

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 98 - Error: 56 - Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

 

Any help is appreciated... Thanks

Are you running WHMCS and DA on the same system? ie are you making a localhost request from WHMCS to DA?

And yes everything is running on the same system... But I mus have forgoten something when I did reinstall the whole system... everything was running fine before.

Try enabling or disabling SSL and check that you are using the right credentials ie. password in your server setup.

I checked, and everything seems to be ok... with ssl activated i get:

 

Module Command Error

35 - error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol

 

but nothing is working.

I installed WHMCS just 4 days ago, WHMCS is on DA installed, and I have the same problem, NO PLANS created !?

ANY IDEAS OR HELP

I installed WHMCS and connected to a Plesk10 panel. When I use the module commands like "create", "terminate", etc, the webpage goes "The connection was reset".

 

However, the panel user and subscription were created/terminated successfully!

 

The username and password are correct but the webpage does not return after submitting the module command. I think this is a similar problem.
