WorldPay FuturePay cart configuration

Hello

I'm setting up WorldPay FuturePay on our WHMCS installation. I currently cant complete a test transaction from the frontend of WHMCS as a customer (failed transaction). I can how ever then make payment from the invoice url in the customer email - Pay Now.

I'm a little confused with the customer flow when placing an order - the cart shows and asks for credit card details (and as mentioned above fails) but I guessing WHMCS shouldn't be asking for CC details during the WHMCS cart process as this should happen on the WorldPay page? is that correct? How would I configure WHMCS to work like this?

Any pointers / tips in general re- configuring and working with FuturePay also much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance

Rob

Hello

OK I have managed to get the WorldPay module to work as expected on the checkout page i.e Redirect to Payment Gateway. But when I activate the WorldPay FuturePay module I'm presented with fields to enter CC number, etc instead of redirecting to the Gateway. I'm really confused here any help would be much appreciated.

On General Settings > Ordering - I have selected the redirect to gateway option. I'm I missing other option / configuration?

Many thanks

Rob Oliver
