Enigma Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Hi, We have colocation and dedicated server products which get billed +1 month in advance so if someone buys on the 1st Jan they get charged 2x the price for the first month to cover running service for Jan and Feb. They get billed on 1st Feb for service running on March etc. The only way I can see doing this is to charge a setup fee for the first month but I am wanting to change the wording in the order form from setup fee to +1 month service fee just so there isn't any confusion at the customers end.
