Email Marketer - SSL Renewal Notice Email Template

I'm perplexed at crafting the best SSL renewal reminder email. I have email marketer checking SSL orders and send a reminder 15 days before one year is up. Not sure the best way to recapture a renewal but this is what I had and I'd like some feedback and suggestions?
