When I do a test order for software and log into client area and try to download the file, it gives the below error. I did set up the support and updates addon for the product in whmcs. And the Support/Updates Addon is selected in the product under module settings. When I go to the client profile in admin area it shows there are no addons to manage. I basically want to set it up to include free support and updates for the first year and after that the client will have to order the support and updates. Am I doing something wrong, if anyone can maybe point me in the right direction that will be great.
