WHMCS not redirecting to Paypal

Hi Guys

 

I have set up my paypal gateway and IPN as described in the documentation also added a new email address to paypal to accept payments.

When i test the checkout system and enter my purchase details etc.. then click the payment button to take me to paypal to pay, It just takes me back to my website?

It totally misses the paypal website payment proccess, but the order is showing in WHMCS as unpaid also.

I'm using WHMCS v5.3

Any help understanding what the issue is would be greatfully recieved
