trine
Ensure that the client ID you use for your WHMCS is properly funded -- not your reseller account.

trine
and funds are available? Are there any other errors or logs which may give some other clues as to why it's not being renewed?

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 15, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 15, 2007 You'll need to contact DirectI about this issue as it sounds like the issue is on their end if your account and the client account does indeed have funds in it already.
