Zingiri Remote Provisioning module not working and broke WHMCS!

I bought that Zingiri Remote Provisioning module. After uploading all files to the server as per the instructions, when you click on Addon's it throws a fatal error on a white blank screen:

Fatal error:
The encoded file /home/thing/public_html/whmcs/modules/addons/wordpressmu/wordpressmu.php is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0

It is available in the module list on the product/services page but when you select it, it immediately strips the CSS from WHMCS and breaks the product... you have to delete the product to fix it.... JEEEEZ!

Anyone have any experience with this module?

I filed a support ticket a long time ago but they haven't responded. I guess they don't do any support on the weekends? But now my whmcs is unstable because of it.. so i'm in a pickle now!

Thanks

Try reuploading the module in binary mode if you're using FTP. alternately, upload it as a zip file and unzip it on the host directly.

Thanks laszlof! The binary uploading was the trick! Dreamweaver unfortunately didn't help either! Had to use FileZilla....

That's funny I bought a license for bridge and WHMCS provisioning module and they never respond to my support requests or of they do it may take weeks and the response is never very helpful. The funny part is that they replied to my request for support by offering me dedicated support for $100.00 but when I inquired about purchasing the support I never received a reply.

The The documentation is not very good plus the code is encoded so you cant try to fix it so basically its worthless. Well I guess that's not quite fair it works somewhat but not as described. It would be an awesome add-on if only they supported it.
