epode
From the admin area, is there any way to see which customers are on the site at any given time and what page they are on?
tripler
1 use google analytics and watch, set behaviors. Also try the new real time search 2 less 1, I would be really pissed if I knew you were watching my exact behavior like that. As a client of yours give them a little damn privacy 3 monitor access logs and raw traffic
epode
Thanks for the input. We've moved from AWBS Software and that has a quick link to view people online at any time and the page they are on. I hadn't before considered it an infringement to privacy but rather a nice tool that helps when giving phone support to customers.
tripler
Well hell theres pretty much no privacy on these nets. I just meant from a sanity perspective. We all, myself including get the traffic bug where we micro monitor traffic etc. Sometimes its good to sit back for a sec. Sometimes its harder to map sales conversions without a broad look at everything
scurrell
If you use the Stardevelop Livehelp module, you can see who's logged in and what pages they are on, and have visited.
