tomb
I do have a couple of clients with inclusive domains. I know that is possible with product bundle feature. However I'd like to use this for existing clients. So, I've set the domain recurring amount to 0.00. WHMCS generates an invoice on due date. When I set the due date for the free domain and hosting plan WHMCS automatically groups those items which is exactly I want. The only issue I have is that as s soon as the registrar domain sync is executed the domain Due date is set back to it's original due date. The result is WHMCS generates 2 invoices. How do I prevent free domain invoice generation?
m8internet
Sounds like you need to do the same as myself and process the update manually The renewal should sit as an item on the To-Do-List
tomb
you're welcome. Hm, this sounds like that I should never use the registrar sync. Even a manual sync doesn't make sense here. I would have to change the due date for a lot of domains.
tripler
why is their domain you facilitated free for life i dint understand? it seems like you just have a messy way of setting up products and plans.. i guess you could block that particular domain at a software level from sync.
