kinuhost
Read quite a bit through the documentation and forums and can't seem to locate if there's a way to set up a configurable option to allow the client to select the server group they're in on order. Basically I offer hosting in Los Angeles and Amsterdam, they're split into groups and have slightly different pricing. Instead of having 8 products I'd like to consolidate down to 4 products and just let them choose the configurable option, which should also set the pricing. Is there a way to do this? It's done with Enom SSL certs on the number of years they're registered, so why not the provisioning module?
laszlof
You can assign server groups on a per product basis. You'd need to have separate products for them. There may be a way to hack around that to work as a configurable option, but I'm not sure.
kinuhost
Yup that's what I'm asking for. Right now I've got 4 products but need 8 in WHMCS due to having multiple locations. Imagine I add a 3rd, 4th, or 5th location... that could get pretty fugly.
tripler
You define this before you enter the checkout procedure... unless you have a developer that can make a custom integration for you. Just have page: plan selection > server selection > click buy and you just defined your product type which is linked to a product in whmcs. Therefor it does not matter how many products you have. What I dont understand is you already do this https://www.kinuhost.com/ its clearly defined .. do you want losa or amsterdam
