brighterComputing
Hello Community, I am using Heart Internet as my domain registrar and so far everything is working swimmingly. The domain is active and exists both with Heart Internet and on my WHMCS system. When I try to change the nameservers I get the following error: Domain Registrar Command: Save Nameservers - Failed: Parameter value syntax error According to the documentation this means: 2005 "Parameter value syntax error" A required parameter had a value that is not in the correct format. Please check and resubmit. This can be ABN numbers etc, Problem is I can't seem to locate anything that is malformed and Heart Internet are asking me to provide them with the actual string that was sent or more detailed log entries. I have looked but apart from the Activity Log there appears nothing that could help tracking down the error. Please help!
