Says Payment Incomplete but I received payment.

Hello, I have a big problem and I need some help. When a new customer orders a product and pays the invoice via PayPal WHMCS still says the invoice is incomplete even though I have receive the payment in PayPal. Anyone knows what may cause that? I have PayPal IPN enabled as explained here Thank you! :D

Our problem was solved by checking the Gateway Log and seeing that we were getting an error on the return email address. I added the email address in the gateway log to the list of addresses in the payment module and all was ok.

 

So How do you add the email address in the Gateway log to make it go through guess I'm missed that one??
