JimmyGibbs
Hello, I have a big problem and I need some help. When a new customer orders a product and pays the invoice via PayPal WHMCS still says the invoice is incomplete even though I have receive the payment in PayPal. Anyone knows what may cause that? I have PayPal IPN enabled as explained here Thank you! Edited February 8, 2012 by JimmyGibbs
tripler
Theres a setting I believe where you have the option to manually "accept" for new customers. Now.. go find that check box!
contemptx
I also have the same problem, have you found a solution? I have tried looking for this "manually accept option" but can not see anything like this.
tripler
Is this what you are referring too: General > Ordering Only Auto Provision for Existing Tick this box to always leave orders by new clients pending for manual review (no auto setup/registration)
kmm2908
Having the same problem after upgrading to latest version. Other sites running on older version no problem with PayPal auto posting payments. Anyone know why this is? Don't wan't to upgrade other sites until this is resolved.
gbrennae
Sounds like the Invoice ID is not being passed back correctly when the payment is bouncing back using IPN or that the postback url to WHMCS is incorrect?
kmm2908
Our problem was solved by checking the Gateway Log and seeing that we were getting an error on the return email address. I added the email address in the gateway log to the list of addresses in the payment module and all was ok.

So How do you add the email address in the Gateway log to make it go through guess I'm missed that one??
