Optimal Payments - Recurring payments not working since last upgrade

Hello,

 

We recently updated to 5.02 and since then, all recurrent payments are not working through Optimal Payments.

I contacted Optimal Payments and here is their response below:

Dear Rami,

 

Even though the customer placed an order before through your website, if subsequent transactions are not flagged with the element previous customer set to true and no CVD is provided, the order will not be processed as you will receive the error: "The transaction was declined by our Risk Management".

 

To avoid this error for transactions processed through your website, please either provide the CVD value or make sure to have your IT department set the previous customer element value to true for returning customers.

I'm not sure how to set the previous customer value to True.
