ECL Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 Hey Guys, I expect other people have had this issue so apologies if this has been covered six billion times already Anyhow though, I think I've bodged one of the email templates as I get the below error in the Activity Log and the customer does not recieve the email detailing there Plesk, FTP, Nameserver info etc (they receive the order confirmation and WHMCS account welcome emails though) Email Sending Failed - Message body empty (User ID: 9 - Subject: New Account Information) - 04/02/2012 15:40 - bob.jones - 123.456.78.123 Smarty Error: [in emailtpl:emailmessage line 56]: syntax error: unclosed tag \{if} (opened line 32). (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 317) - 04/02/2012 15:40 - bob.jones - 123.456.78.123 (Name & IP changed for demo purposes) Is there a way to restore the default Hosting Welcome email and are there any other files I need to modify to repair this issue?
