Creating an order with the API and then funding the order with paypal?

I couldn't find this documentented anywhere for this specifically, I've just found bits and pieces of information -- for instance I figured out how to make an order with the api and add products to that order... but where do i redriect the user to "check out" with paypal for the order?

Okay I found out paypals policies wont work with my bussiness model, so I must use other payment options so let me reask my question differently this time.... Where do I redirect the user to so they can fund their order?
