ionCube error

Hi everyone,

 

Any ideas how to solve the following error message:

 

Site error: the file /home/username/public_html/clients/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.

 

I get this error no matter what page I try to access WHMCS on, whether frontend or admin.

My apology if this became a duplicate thread, but my PHP value for enable_dl is "On". Is that what you were referring to as the problem area from that other post? Thanks

Just to make sure, do you have the ioncube folder uploaded? If so, in ROOT SSH type the following command

 

mkdir -p /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429

 

I'm guessing that you are running cPanel, if not don't try the above.
