Closed Support Tickets which have been flagged still appear (Shows how long we've been using WHMCS (one ticket appears to be from 1500 days ago!!)) 2. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 9, 2012 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 9, 2012 The support tickets widget is designed to show tickets that are specifically flagged to you by default. It shows the most recently updated 25 tickets you are assigned, regardless of status. Clicking on the other statuses should be loading the tickets in those statuses though, again up to a max of 25 with a view all link to take you through to the full list if needed.
