NetEarthOne - Unknown fault occurred - please contact support

Hello,

 

I have set-up NetEarthOne for reselling domains; however, I get the error "Registrar Error An unknown fault occured - please contact support". To receive this error I take the following steps:

1. From admin/index.php click 'Pending Domains'

2. From admin/clientsdomainlist.php?status=Pending click on Domain or ID, error occurs on this page.

 

What I have tried:

I have checked and double checked the client profile as well as the table tblclients to make sure only A-Za-z0-9 were included

2. I added $display_errors = true; to configuration.php, this displays no additional errors on clientdomainlist.php; however,

If,

1. From admin/clientsdomainlist.php?status=Pending I click on "Register" below the nameserver fields I am taken to admin/clientsdomainreg.php?domainid=0000000005

2. From admin/clientsdomainreg.php?domainid=0000000005 I click on "Yes" underneath "Are you sure you want to register this domain?" I get the following php error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/basicbyd/public_html/client/modules/registrars/netearthone/../directi/lib/nusoap.php on line 0 displayed just above the WHMCS error message: An Error Occured An Unknown Error Occured while Creating Contact

 

I have confirmed the parent ID, customer ID, email, and password in my NetEarthOne control panel.

 

 

In trying to solve this myself, I landed here:

#5 under 4.5 setup and #6 under 4.4 setup both direct me to select "ResellerClub" from the registrar drop down menu. I have checked and double checked this also, I do not have the option "ResellerClub".

 

This is as far as I got, I hope that I have provided you enough information to get me in the right direction.
