tripler
it sound like you have enabled offline credit card admin/configgateways.php or enabled a payment gateway but have no actual account with that gateway. I suggest you go through and audit you payment gateways you have "active" In order to accept any form of payment you will need to use a gateway or merchant service. I suggest you only enable Paypal, send by mail, and bank transfer and in the mean time fid a merchant or gateway to partner with. For your clients sake i would delete his credit card info from your own database. A quit solution if you save Square and an iPhone you could go ahead and charge it, else just apologize and offer what payment methods you can facilitate.
tripler
Turn off "offline payments" as a payment option and dont take credit cards untill you get a merchant account or gateway.
tripler
Also your client area is in maint mode so I cannot see what payment options you have enabled. Is there a reason the footer on half your pages reads Copyright ©2011 Quick Hosting. Design by Templatesquare.com and the other half Copyright ©2011 SpetsnazHost. Provided by SpetsnazInc.com is that you content? if so you should have a central config file & a footer with a php snip to auto change the C date

tripler
One of the payment solutions I suggest for startups that are not in a position to expense a merchant account or gateway is the square reader squareup.com, its free but it will take offline credit. The rates are a bit highfor offline card but it is free, US cards only though. Also I have not looked into or tried these people but stripe.com may be a solution
evil
To be honest, Square is made for in person transactions. Anything above $25 requires a signature. You cannot sign on an account that is not yours. What country are you in? Seems to me that you need a merchant account
qeemat
Do you know the interest rate charged by your credit card company on your purchases? When do they charge interest and when do they levy a late fee? Is there any service tax applicable on the goods that you purchase using your card?
