GORF Posted January 15, 2012 Share Posted January 15, 2012 When you set up a product, do not forget to disable unused price structures by using -1 for the price field. If left to the default 0.00 and it is not hidden, people can find your product(s) and order them for free. Hopefully you only manually accept and set up new orders too. Search stats show phrases like "browse products & services $0.00" Using that, you can see how many WHMCS users forget to set unused price levels to -1.
