delusion
This morning someone registered a .ca domain. When I checked the order, I saw an error "Enom error : domain not found". I checked the log and it says this: "Domain Registration Failed - Domain ID: ** - Domain: ***.ca - Error: The CIRA Agreement must be agreed to by the customer before the domain can be registered" Will this resolve itself after the customer agrees to the CIRA agreement, or do I need to do something?
Troy
Check the "CIRA Agreement" checkbox in the domain details via the WHMCS admin, and then register it. As long as there aren't any other CIRA related problems with the details, it should register.

Now, when I want to register the domain, I get this error: "Invalid Registrant information. - Parameter value policy error - 7017 - The contact name is not a legal Canadian entity - see documentation" And the online documentation says nothing about this error.
delusion
Fiddled around with the customers status (was Corporation, now Canadian citizen) and changed the "Saskatchewan" to "SK" and now it's registered.. Is there an easier way to do all this? Is this issue easier in WHMCS5?
