Quote for custom WHMCS developments

Question

I opened a ticket in the WHMCS customer area regarding a quote for programming some features we'd need quickly. I did not get a response regarding a quote after 10 days.

My querys were not answered, too.

 

Do my tickets get lost? The Ticket ID is #352688.

 

 

I'd kindly appreciate an answer from a WHMCS employee.
