Mandatory Products

Hi guys

I searched the forums but can't find anything and before submitting a ticket i wanted to ask the community first.

I am integrating WHMCS not only for hosting / domains but also other products.

I have reached a limitation when using Configurable Options & Product Add ons that i am unable to get around according to the pre sales team. As such Product add ons do not support quantities.

 

I am now attempting to setup my add ons as individual products but wonder if WHMCS can force a product on to a customer after selecting the initial product?

 

For example, my customer purchases Google Apps for Business however they can not complete the purchase without the additional product Google Apps for Business Support. Rather than this be an option, it should be mandatory.

 

If possible please help me get started, finally if the mandatory product can also match the original product quantity as configured in "Configurable Options" that would be awesome.
