trine
This is not really a bug, but a quirk in the Upgrade/Downgrade process. When a user upgrades or downgrades to another account level, an invoice is issued. Let's say the invoice is $10/mo When he/she decides to go back and modify the upgrade or downgrade, another invoice is issued. Let's say the invoice is $100/yr Now, instead of the system recognizing that it was a modification to the original up/downgrade, the user has a total outstanding balance of $110. This requires the admin to intervene manually, and defeats the purpose of auto up/downgrades. Could this be looked at? thx.
trine
Oh, in addition to cancellation of the prior action, perhaps: - send an email to notify cancellation of the previous order and invoice numbers - lock the account in upgrade status, so it can't be modified multiple times
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 4, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 4, 2007 This isn't a bug. You can request a feature for not allowing more than 1 upgrade within a 30 day period for example if you wish but I don't think it should be necessary.
