magicmanlv Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 Is it possible to have a sales rep, for example, that when logged in is able to add new clients or view clients and information on people they added or are assigned to them. I have a 5 person sales staff and it is really getting crazy when they are all looking to me to create invoices, quotes, ect. I don't want Mary (salesperson1) seeing, joe's clients(sales person2), and I dont want Joe seeing marys. is there away to allow them to only view clients they added or are assigned to? pelicantech Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 I don't believe so, what you could do is create a custom client group for each staff member and assign clients to that. Then just filter by client group.
