How to test cron.php output before going live.

Hello all,

First off, I'd like to thank Matt and all of the other named and unnamed contributors to this software. It is a great piece of software.

I have installed it and am almost ready to go live on my site. I've imported my existing clients from WHM and my previous hosting software.

I believe that all of the customer data is correct.

I'd like test the output of the cron.php without it actually performing the scheduled actions.

I's like either an email or an output of actions to be performed just in case I have overlooked some billing or renewal data. I'd hate to have the software delete accounts off of the server or generate expired emails when the mistake was purely mine.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

SPN

you can debug the output, but the actions will still take place... so long story short, no, the program has no way of showing you only debug output for the cron.

What I suggest is to double check everything a second time before you go live.

Good luck bebop!

Just view the whole accounts list (Clients > View All Accounts), order by next due date, and make sure there are no accounts with a due date older than the limit you've set for auto-termination that you don't want deleting.

Thanks, that helps.

I suspended several accounts yesterday when I thought everything was ready. Today I only generated one invoice that I am unable to track down the hosting account it was generated for.

BTW I really like this software.
