Matt, does the "SUPPORT TICKET SPAM CONTROL" support header searches? It doesn't seem like it is doing any header matches using phrase. (I suppose phrase searches body).

 

Also, for improvement's sake, could you add that, and possibly also regex support for each of Sender, Subject, Phrase (and Header)

In the spam list to block auto-reply that cause loop.
