In Belgium we must add a text line if the client is from the EU and has a valid VAT number we need to add a line text on the invoice. (Tax rules) .. And if the client is out of the EU we need to add a custom text (a other tax rule) .. Basically its just a line of text referring to a Tax Law in BE.
